Terms and Conditions

1. Order Placement

Orders can be placed through the order link shared via WhatsApp.

Two types of orders are available:

• Daily Meal Orders
  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
• Function / Event Catering Orders

2. Order Timing Rules

For Daily Meal Orders:

• Orders must be placed before 10:00 PM on the previous day.
• After 10:00 PM, the order link will automatically expire and orders cannot be placed.

3. Delivery Schedule

We will deliver meals according to the following schedule:

• Breakfast – Delivered before 8:00 AM
• Lunch – Delivered before 1:00 PM
• Dinner – Delivered before 8:00 PM

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and order volume.

4. Payment

• All orders must be paid online through the payment link provided.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway.

5. No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is completed:

• Orders cannot be cancelled
• Payments are non-refundable

This policy is necessary because food preparation begins based on confirmed orders.

6. Order Expiry

For Daily Meal Orders:

• The order link will automatically expire after 10:00 PM.
• Orders placed after the expiry time will not be accepted.

7. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure:

• Correct delivery address is provided
• Phone number is reachable during delivery time

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or unavailability of the customer, the order may be marked as delivered.

8. Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances
• Modify menu items depending on ingredient availability
• Update delivery schedules due to unavoidable situations

9. Limitation of Liability

Sri Ramanaas catering services will not be liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic or unforeseen conditions
• Issues arising due to incorrect customer information

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our ordering service means you accept the updated terms.
